BOOKINGS & CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure your appointment a non-refundable deposit of £10 will be required at the time of booking. Please give a minimum of 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel an appointment as a courtesy to both our stylist and other guests. Giving notice will enable us to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time. Failure to give 48 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF VOUCHERS AND DISCOUNTS
- To avoid disappointment please note that all discount vouchers MUST be shown at your visit as a payment method. If you forget your voucher we cannot process your discount.
- NO two discounts can be used at the same time.
- Vouchers that are past expiry date cannot be accepted.
- Students must show ID if they want the student package.
- Subject to availability and selected stylists.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash value.
Please be advised that due to the increase in April of our standard charges, we have increase our prices annually on some services to be in line with these charges.
GOSPORT TRANSITION PRICES
Prices will be held for existing clients 12 months starting from 1st March 2018.
This only includes customers that have had a service at the salon within 8 weeks prior to 1st March 2018.
Customers must have a rebooked appointment after 1st March 2018.
